Persib's home base is Si Jalak Harupat Stadium. Persib also uses SOR Persib Bandung and Siliwangi Stadium as training ground.

One of the most memorable achievements in the history of this club is when they became champions of the last Perserikatan competition in the 1993/1994 season. In the final match, the club with legendary players such as Sutiono Lamso and Robby Darwis won against PSM Makassar. Afterwards, Galatama and Perserikatan merged into Liga Indonesia (LI). In the first season of Liga Indonesia in 1994/1995, this team became champions when they defeated Petrokimia Putra Gresik in the finals. Persib was also one of Indonesian clubs which reached quarterfinal round of Asian Champions League.

Persib Bandung has a large fan base in West Java and Banten provinces. Persib Bandung's fans are often referred to as "Bobotoh", the name came from Sundanese word which means: the ones who encourages or builds up the spirit for others who going to engage in a contest.[2] The "Bobotoh" are organised into several fan clubs, the biggest is Viking[1].
